1. About BuyVroom
BuyVroom is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicle parts (cars, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, buses, boats) across Europe. Important: BuyVroom is a platform only. We are NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not sell, buy, or hold any parts.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old • You must provide accurate, truthful information • One account per person or business
3. Seller Rules
By registering as a seller you agree to: • Provide accurate descriptions of all parts • Only list parts you legally own and have the right to sell • Respond to buyer inquiries within reasonable time • Honor prices and delivery terms stated in your offers • Not sell stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited parts • Comply with all applicable laws in your country Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and fulfillment of orders.
4. Buyer Rules
By using BuyVroom as a buyer you agree to: • Provide accurate contact information • Communicate respectfully with sellers • Not submit fake or test requests
5. Prohibited Items
The following may NOT be listed on BuyVroom: • Stolen parts or parts with removed VIN numbers • Counterfeit or replica branded parts • Parts that are illegal in the buyer's or seller's country • Hazardous materials without proper certification
6. BuyVroom's Role and Liability
• We provide the technology platform only • We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee any listings • We are not responsible for disputes between users • We are not liable for delivery delays, damaged goods, or non-delivery • Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any specific number of buyers or sellers, any sales volume, or any particular result for your business. Use of the platform is at your own risk. All listings, descriptions, photos, prices and messages are created by users. We do not create, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for user content. Any reliance on user content is at your own risk.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually • The first 3 months are free for new sellers (promotional offer) • After the free period, standard rates apply • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • No refunds for partial months • Cancel anytime from your dashboard We may change subscription prices from time to time, including due to changes in our operating costs, inflation, changes in third-party service costs, or for other commercial reasons. For active subscribers, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next billing cycle. Continued use after the change means acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Promotional prices (including the free introductory period) are temporary and do not guarantee future pricing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on BuyVroom (logo, design, code) is our property. You may not copy or reproduce it without written permission. User-generated content (listings, photos) remains yours but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Receive multiple verified complaints
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania/EU. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, then the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. EU consumers also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: hosting or infrastructure failures, internet outages, changes in law or regulation, sanctions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
13. Service Modifications and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features or the platform itself) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable to you for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.
